Goosewing Beach Preserve is a mile-long barrier beach located in Little Compton, Rhode Island, managed by The Nature Conservancy. This unspoiled area serves as a vital refuge for various wildlife, including piping plovers, least terns, and thousands of migrating songbirds. The preserve features a dynamic beach that separates Quicksand Pond from the Atlantic Ocean, providing diverse habitats for numerous species year-round.
WHAT TO EXPECT
